Qualifications

• Active CCNA Certification.
• 4+ years of Cisco networking experience.
• Experience installing and upgrading Cisco routers and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with LAN/WAN environments, Routing and Switching, Firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support Cisco routers and switches.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 network support for global environments.
• Troubleshoot network, server, desktop, and infrastructure issues.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
• Configure and support LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Perform system administration and network monitoring tasks.
• Assist with server deployments, software installations, backups, and storage management.
• Work directly with customers, local IT teams, and leadership to communicate technical issues and solutions.
