Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL, is offering a Global Travel & Expense Intern position for Spring 2027. This full-time, six-month internship supports analytical, operational, and vendor-management tasks across travel categories, building relationships with third-party vendors and updating internal tools for data accuracy.

You will help with spend reporting, dashboards, and automation using AI tools, while gaining exposure to TV & Film Studio Production accounts and senior leadership

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and strive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic vendor contracting efforts inclusive of building templates, reviewing proposals, evaluating cost savings/impact, record organization and internal distribution
• Create or update spend reporting and project tracking dashboards applying business intelligence tools
• Provide TV & Film Studio Production account setup and operational support
• Build automation using forms, surveys, and AI tools to streamline various collections of information and promote process improvement
• Design frequent traveler business promotions for internal communications
• Participate in vendor business reviews with key travel vendors and senior leadership
• Attend local Orlando area travel industry related events
