Job summary

U.S. Army Reserves is seeking a Transportation Management Coordinator to plan and schedule transportation for troops, cargo, and equipment worldwide. You will document shipments, prepare cargo for travel, and select the most efficient transport modes to meet mission requirements.

The role includes learning a range of skills aligned with Organize & Evaluate, Stocking & Storage, and Routes & Navigation, with access to 25 nationally recognized certifications during service.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and enlist in the U.S. Army or Army Reserve.
• Age 17 to 42 and meet tattoo guidelines.
• No major law violations or medical concerns.
• Basic and Advanced Individual Training completed as part of enlistment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule transportation for troops, cargo, and equipment worldwide.
• Document and inventory freight shipments and prepare cargo for travel.
• Determine most efficient transport modes and coordination for Soldiers.
• Ensure mission requirements are met through logistics planning.
