Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Experience in transportation/logistics, preferably in consumer-packaged goods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Tender loads and coordinate bulk rail to truck transloading.
• Manage data in intercompany Rail and Truck TMS systems.
• Monitor load progress and keep stakeholders updated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure pipeline fluidity.
• Prepare paperwork for railcars and truck shipments.
• Capture railcar arrivals for demurrage analysis.
• Research and analyze railcar fleet performance data.
• Monitor daily service schedule and maintain scorecards.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to ensure prompt communication.
• Perform other duties to support transportation.
