Follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and ensuring that internal and external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards. Ensures availability of necessary materials and spare parts guaranteeing adequate stock levels. Prepares the budget of spare parts to be used. Analyzes machine performance to identify causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; looks for improvement opportunities and maximizes useful life.
