LOCATION: Koppel, Pennsylvania, USA

We offer a Global Trainee Program – an intensive two‑year full‑time program that supports the development of promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris. As a Trainee you will build expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and demonstrate performance while learning about Tenaris’ culture and industrial heritage, leaving you prepared to take the next step in your career.

Purpose

Follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and ensuring that internal and external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards. Ensures availability of necessary materials and spare parts guaranteeing adequate stock levels. Prepares the budget of spare parts to be used. Analyzes machine performance to identify causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; looks for improvement opportunities and maximizes useful life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in the definition of the maintenance planning implementation in the assigned area.
  • Follow up the execution of maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure availability of necessary materials and spare parts for projects.
  • Participate in the homologation process of new supplies and services.
  • Prepare the spare‑parts budget by performing a stock count, coordinating major inputs for repairs, analyzing cost behavior and cost‑reduction options.
  • Analyze machine performance to identify causes of defects, propose corrective and preventive actions, generate improvement opportunities and maximize useful life.
  • Manage and update the maintenance information system, keeping records related to the assigned area.
  • Participate in maintenance programs to minimise/optimise the use of required energy.
  • Define procedures to foster maintenance program execution, promote improvement actions to reduce resource consumption and waste. Report incidents or observations, perform inspections and participate in investigations. Implement preventive/corrective actions, keep risk analysis and environmental assessment updated.
  • Protect facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft or misuse.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Less than 3 years of full‑time experience after degree completion.
