• Experience with TTAB, UDRP, and federal litigation is a plus.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage global brand protection and trademark counseling.
• Oversee enforcement actions, such as cease and desist letters.
• Draf t legal opinions and submissions for federal proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across offices.
