Job summary

Uline, North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Senior International Trade Compliance Specialist to tackle regulatory hurdles, identify tariff savings and expand product reach internationally.

You will review classifications, audit processes, respond to inquiries, and drive regulatory programs with cross‑functional teams. This on-site role offers strong growth, stability and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of compliance experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Classification Specialist (CCLS) a plus.
• Previous legal analyst experience a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review product descriptions and technical data to identify import and export classification in accordance with government standards.
• Create and administer internal audit processes for accurate classifications and import entries.
• Respond to inquiries from customs brokers, government agencies, internal and external customers and vendors for international shipments.
• Research and create processes related to regulatory issues, licenses and government agency requirements.
• Manage trade compliance programs, including follow up, process improvements, internal communication, team training and audit readiness.
