TVH Americas in Olathe, KS is seeking a US Customs & International Trade Compliance Advisor to anchor our regulatory capabilities across the Americas. This IC role bridges US regulatory requirements with global strategy, reporting to the US Compliance Manager and global leadership in Belgium.

You will monitor laws, translate updates into actionable requirements, design audit frameworks, own C-TPAT stewardship, and drive awareness across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in US customs regulations and trade compliance.
• US broker license (LCB) or CUSECO preferred.
• Expertise in HTSUS, valuation, and PGA requirements.
• Proficient GTM software, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to distill complex regulations into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze evolving US and international trade laws.
• Translate updates into clear compliance requirements for TVH's portfolio.
• Design and oversee internal trade compliance audits and risk reviews.
• Lead investigations and corrective action plans to mitigate exposure.
• Maintain C-TPAT status and implement security controls across partners.
• Advocate trade compliance across the Americas organization.
