Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a seasoned professional for Global Third-Party Risk Management in Illinois. The role focuses on executing risk programs, providing training, and maintaining documentation to support regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The candidate should have 5–7 years of related experience, a post-secondary degree, and deep knowledge of TPRM practices.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management practices and methodologies.
• Experience with segmenting, analyzing, and reporting risk related data.
• Strong analytical skills to gather information, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present to senior forums.

Responsibilities

• Manage/drive large, complex risk programs and initiatives to ensure mitigation and regulatory adherence.
• Provide training and education to the Global Third-Party Risk Management team on tool changes, procedures, and regulatory updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the team, including operating environment changes and regulatory approvals.
• Assist with audit and exam preparation and follow-up; support second line inquiries.
• Foster strong risk culture through collaboration with 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD; engage stakeholders.
