Job summary

Expro is seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver global workshop-based training and support the Competence Assurance Program across regions. You will provide technical presentations, assist with tool builds, and ensure consistent delivery of Coretrax services while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years relevant workshop experience, preferably in the related product line.
• Experience with downhole service equipment.
• Experience with pressure testing equipment.
• Proficiency with torquing and tensioning units.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global workplace training and competence assessments for Coretrax Product Group in line with the Competence matrix across regions.
• Liaise with Group Competence Assurance to develop and deliver technical presentations and training.
• Provide pre- and post-training technical support, including remote second sign-off/competence sign-off when local support is unavailable.
• Promote correct system usage, coach teams on workshop processes, and troubleshoot workshop issues.
• Maintain accurate records of training delivery and competence status per Expro policies.
