Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the RPL10 Program, owning end-to-end delivery, developing plans, and coordinating across multiple teams and Meta. You will drive schedules, risks, dependencies, and staffing considerations to ensure on-time outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and experience with Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to support staffing timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison with Meta, coordinating across stakeholders.
• Track progress across workstreams, identifying risks, issues, and blockers.
• Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans and escalate critical issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive actions to completion.
• Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and program health metrics.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
