Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to mentor and provide direct technical support to global power plants equipped with GE Vernova equipment. The role focuses on resolving complex issues related to accessory systems and guiding the team through challenging inquiries.

You will lead or support root cause investigations, deliver technical guidance to customers and site representatives, and collaborate with engineering and management teams to provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 8+ years of direct experience with GE Vernova/Alstom accessory or power plant systems.
• Ability to tackle unfamiliar technical problems.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.
