Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience driving change in complex global environments.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
• Manufacturing industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead global consolidated financial reporting and internal controls.
• Research complex accounting issues under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Define accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee audits and liaise with auditors worldwide.
• Drive automation and standardization of accounting processes.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Operations on strategic decisions.
