Job summary

DuPont seeks a Global Technology Leader for Injection Molded Components to drive the technology strategy across the global manufacturing network. You will lead process technology, tooling, materials, automation, and manufacturing excellence to enable growth and customer success.

You will supervise global teams, influence senior leaders, and guide cross-functional collaborations with Product Management, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to accelerate new products and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required; advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience leading global technical teams in healthcare/manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in injection molding processes, tooling, materials, validation, and scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global technology roadmap for injection molded healthcare components.
• Provide senior technical leadership for customer development programs and product commercialization.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Application Development, and Operations to accelerate solutions.
