Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with completion between September 2027 and July 2028.
• On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
• Placement built into the academic curriculum; available January 2027 for 6 months.
• Intend to join a full-time team after the placement.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze problems and capture requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for business systems.
• Analyze functionality, use cases, processes and UI requirements.
• Assist in planning system changes and manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with testers to develop test plans and scripts for quality checks.
• Support testing cycles and document evidence for project teams and Auditors.
• Assist in implementing solutions within agreed timelines and guidelines.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with SMEs to reach resolution.
• Identify and responsibly use bank-approved AI capabilities to improve efficiency.
