• High School Diploma required; currently enrolled in a 4-year college program.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Entry level; no work experience required.
• Some knowledge of Agile Methodology or AI, automation, analytics preferred.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
