Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group, based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an International Tax Manager (Finance) to lead its global transfer pricing, international tax compliance, and ASC 740 tax provisioning. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize intercompany pricing and global tax strategies.

Located at Enerpac's downtown Milwaukee headquarters, this role features a hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays, plus exposure to BEPS and complex international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience with international tax and transfer pricing exposure.
• Working knowledge of US IRC 482 and OECD transfer pricing concepts and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transfer pricing lifecycle and intercompany policy.
• Oversee TP documentation (Master/Local Files) and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on TP strategy.
• Support US international reporting and BEPS compliance.
• Assist ASC 740 tax provision process and be audit-ready.
