Job summary

PwC seeks a Tax Intern to immerse in tax consulting, learning PwC methodologies and supporting teams on projects. You will work on corporate tax returns, international tax planning, and data analytics to identify optimization opportunities.

Ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed an Accounting degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and CPA eligibility in the intended employment state. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Before starting full-time, eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams with comprehensive advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and develop solutions.
• Collaborate to develop tax models and client structures.
• Assist in tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
