Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm.
• Significant experience in corporate international tax planning.
• Experience with M&A transactions is a plus.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring.
• Design, implement, and manage complex acquisitions and business combinations.
• Collaborate on global expansions and fund structures.
• Integrate tax considerations within broader business and transactional structures.
• Work closely with other groups and clients on sophisticated matters.
