Ideal candidates will have a CPA, extensive US GAAP/SEC experience, and 10+ years in multinational tax roles, including transfer pricing and tax provisioning, with a focus on robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax reporting under ASC 740 and coordinate with global controller and auditors.
• Oversee global tax compliance including income, indirect, and transfer pricing taxes.
• Manage SOX controls and tax provision accounting; monitor tax law changes.
• Coordinate with external providers for tax returns and documentation.
