Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of audit/accounting experience
• CPA license or state Bar membership required
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• US GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel and IT concepts
• Ability to analyze historical financial information and GAAP adjustments
• Ability to drive process improvements and handle complex projects
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to client locations

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams
• Validate and govern global finance operations using a single methodology
• Provide subsidiary governance throughout the legal-entity life cycle
• Ensure timely, accurate, high-quality services and client satisfaction
• Guide junior professionals with performance feedback and development goals
• Leverage EY resources for engagement planning and delivery
• Stay current on global trends, regulations, and IT systems as applied to compliance
• Deliver insights to improve efficiency, risk management and transparency
