Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead U.S. recruiting and shape global hiring strategies. You will drive full-cycle searches, build proactive talent pipelines, and leverage AI and automation to improve sourcing and recruiter productivity.

You will coach recruiters, partner with hiring managers, forecast demand with HR and Finance, and uphold the Mindgruve Hiring Standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years leading, managing, or mentoring recruiters.
• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or comparable ATS.
• Proven success recruiting across functions, geographies and levels.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI, automation, and talent tech.

Responsibilities

• Own US recruiting and provide strategic guidance for LATAM and Germany.
• Lead full-cycle searches and build proactive sourcing pipelines.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and talent intelligence in sourcing.
• Coach recruiters and vet third-party agency support as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and interview processes.
• Forecast hiring demand with Resourcing, Finance and HR.
• Champion Mindgruve Hiring Standards and raise the hiring bar.
• Ensure a thoughtful, authentic candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Maintain, audit, and improve the ATS and recruiting dashboards.
• Provide HR with training on best practices and trends.
