Job description

We are currently looking for a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Partner Manager in Georgia.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with top Global Systems Integrators, including Deloitte, Accenture, and other leading consulting and integration firms. You will create and implement a GSI partnership framework from the ground up, driving co-sell initiatives, executive alignment, and integration into large-scale digital transformation programs. This role is highly visible, cross-functional, and critical for expanding enterprise reach and generating partner-sourced revenue. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, and partner operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and measurable business impact. The ideal environment is fast-paced, innovative, and highly autonomous, offering opportunities to make a direct impact on enterprise growth strategy. Success in this role requires a combination of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Build and launch a global GSI partner motion, including frameworks, engagement models, and operating rhythms
  • Own and manage 2–3 strategic GSI relationships, focusing on executive alignment, practice integration, and co-selling initiatives
  • Develop joint business plans with measurable targets for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Drive alignment between enterprise sales teams and GSI account teams to unlock co-sell opportunities
  • Enable GSI technical and sales teams through training, certifications, and solution positioning
  • Integrate solutions into GSI service offerings and transformation programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partner Ops, and Product to support deal execution and partner marketing
  • Represent GSI partners internally, providing insights and feedback to shape partner strategy and enterprise GTM
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with GSIs (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Infosys, TCS, etc.)
  • Existing credibility and relationships within at least one major GSI, ideally Deloitte or Accenture
  • Proven ability to build or scale a GSI partner motion from scratch
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, co-selling dynamics, and services-led transformation projects
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, build multi-level relationships, and drive alignment across sales and delivery teams
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical, sales, and marketing teams; strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Bias for action and ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
