This 10-week paid internship offers hands-on experience across Engagement, Geo Sustainability, Marketplace Sustainability, and other areas, with relocation assistance provided. Qualifications include enrollment in an MBA or Environmental Science graduate program and at least two years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Business (MBA) or Environmental Science graduate program with expected graduation date Dec 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Background in Social and Environmental Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Textiles, Finance, or Retail preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Resume (PDF) and Cover Letter (PDF) required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects across Nike's Global Sustainability teams.
• Work across stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to embed sustainability initiatives in business and operations.
• Develop strategies and playbooks to advance sustainability efforts at key company initiatives and distribution centers.
