Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Analyst at the Parsippany, NJ location.

The role supports the Environmental Management System, analyzes sustainability data, and reports greenhouse gas inventories while helping drive improvements across NAMER, LATAMC, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will work with the VP of Global Sustainability & ESG and Senior Manager, ESG & Organizational Effectiveness to maintain platforms, coordinate with auditors, and engage stakeholders to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, environmental science, sustainability or related field.
• 1-3 years work experience or master’s degree in Sustainability or related field.
• Proven MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sustainability data and metrics across global regions and stakeholders; prepare the greenhouse gas inventory.
• Track franchisee energy, water, waste, emissions data and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Support climate risk assessments and ESG reporting with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Update hotel metrics in the sustainability platform monthly/quarterly for timely access by new hotels.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to promote sustainability initiatives and training.
