OLIX in Austin, Texas is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead the Global Supply Management organization. This role focuses on developing supplier strategies and commercial partnerships to enable the high-volume production of next-generation semiconductor products.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in supply chain leadership, particularly within the semiconductor and photonics sectors, and must demonstrate strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Global Supply Management or Supply Chain leadership within semiconductor or photonics industries.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with semiconductor foundries and contract manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of supplier selection and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global supplier ecosystem across semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging.
• Lead strategic supplier partnerships, including negotiations and agreement management.
• Partner with teams to ensure successful new product introduction and production scale.
