Applied Materials is seeking candidates for a 30-month Supply Chain MBA Development Rotational Program in Austin. You will rotate through Purchasing, Project Management, and Supplier Account Management, culminating in a Final Placement in Materials or Supplier Business Management roles.
You will develop skills across RFQs, procurement strategies, and MRP-driven planning, while collaborating with engineering and quality teams in a global manufacturing setting.

Through the 30-month Supply Chain MBA Development Rotational Program, you will rotate through positions in Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management over the course of 18 months, then apply your learnings to a “Final Placement” role for an additional 12 months. The Final Placement role may be, but is not limited to, a Materials Project Manager or Supplier Business Manager role. Assignment of Final Placement roles will be based on business need, role availability, and the individual assessments of candidates’ performance and skills displayed during their rotations. In the program, participants develop and refine the technical and business skills required to be successful in the Supply Chain organization. You will experience a blended learning environment which includes mentorship, job shadowing, and expanded networking opportunities with leaders and within our Employee Resource Groups such as the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Participants will have the opportunity to gain high level visibility and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
