Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks (or similar), PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling); experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels; create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain and other functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop reports that drive business performance.
• Ensure all phases of project documentation are captured and knowledge is shared across the organization.
