Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in supply chain/logistics/international operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and PM method knowledge (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact initiatives including distribution hub setups and software integrations.
• Drive logistics readiness, site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with 3PLs and brokers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies for documentation and import/export approvals pre-go-live.
• Identify bottlenecks via data analysis and lead continuous improvement with system integrations.
• Establish vendor relationships, onboarding checklists, and vendor-facing playbooks.
• Own process documentation, playbooks, and training for cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and risks with status dashboards for leadership.
