Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Project Manager, Global Supply Chain Management, to lead PMO activities for the GxP deployment of Oracle GTM and OPM applications. This role reports to senior directors and collaborates with data, testing, and external implementation partners to ensure timely, accurate status reporting and project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, expertise in managing complex programs, and experience with pharma/biotech GXP validation and ERP/OPM/GTM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in Project Management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in design/build/test/deploy of tech solutions in pharma/biotech GXP environments.
• Experience integrating manufacturing data sources including ERP, OPM, GTM.
• Experience managing computer system validation activities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Governance of program and workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedule, and resources.
• Oversee financials for the program.
• Lead risk and issue management with mitigation.
• Coordinate dependencies within and outside the program.
• Manage integrations and stakeholders across teams.
• Drive communications and change management.
• Drive business adoption and sponsor/stakeholder transparency.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
