Job summary

BD is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end supply chain planning, spanning RM to finished goods, across regional and global levels. You will lead SIOP/IBP processes with cross-functional stakeholders, push digital analytics, and optimize planning processes to improve OTIF, inventory turns, and service levels.

Qualifications

• 18+ years progressive management experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing or sourcing.
• 5+ years experience leading a global SIOP/IBP with P&L impact.
• 7+ years experience transforming supply chain performance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SC planning strategy to achieve optimum supply chain performance across regional and global levels.
• Lead BU global SIOP/IBP processes with broad stakeholder engagement.
