Job summary

Balazs is seeking a Supply Chain Manager located in Fairfield, NJ. The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure optimal manufacturing schedules. This role requires 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

The position offers a salary range of $105k - $130k per year, along with a 5% annual bonus. Ideal candidates will possess strong ERP knowledge, particularly in Microsoft AX Dynamics, and be familiar with safety regulations and GMP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate price and incoterm with raw materials and packaging.
• Manage the MRP process for optimal manufacturing schedules.
• Organize procurement activities including raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning with corporate team.
