Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies invites undergraduates to apply for the CEO Global Presidential Program – Global Supply Chain track. This 18-month rotational leadership program includes three six-month rotations across manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution, with mentoring and leadership development integrated throughout.

Upon successful completion, participants are considered for assistant manager roles.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of relevant work experience).
• Relevant Supply Chain-related internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated achievement and strong interpersonal/leadership skills.
• Global exposure or study abroad is a plus.
• Ability to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive 18-month rotational program with three six-month rotations in Global Supply Chain.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing, planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and receive mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
