Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company invites you to join our Supply Chain Intern program in Idaho Falls for the summer. You will assist in global forecasts for US and international products and maintain the MRP module to keep inventories at target levels.

You will also review production work orders in the JDE system and generate timely production entries. Responsibility includes managing inventories, analyzing forecasts, and supporting the team with forecasting tasks; strong Excel and communication

Qualifications

• Preference for juniors/seniors in college.
• Able to work in Idaho Falls for ~90 days during the program.
• GPA of 3.75 or higher.
• Orientation toward continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail under deadlines.
• Strong creativity and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze sales forecasts for new and existing products.
• ,
• Manage scrap, product run-out prep, and supply chain for new launches.
• Set up Item Numbers and maintain BOMs; handle ECO submissions.
• Balance inventories across global distribution centers.
• Review production schedules to avoid stock-outs and excess stock.
• Coordinate with Shipping on low inventory and order resolution.
• Support Forecasting & Planning Manager with tasks.
