Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to support data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain.

You will analyze manufacturing, inventory, demand, backlog, capacity, and material availability to identify risks and drive actions that support forecast accuracy, production planning, and customer fulfillment. Reporting within Backend Operations, you will develop dashboards, perform scenario analyses, and lead improvement projects that optimize planning,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of dedicated supply chain experience in semiconductor/high-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analytic model development.
• Deep knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau/Power BI) and strong spreadsheet modeling capabilities.
• Experience with advanced planning platforms such as JDA/Blue Yonder (SCP/ESP/OP) or SAP/Kinaxis.
• Proven ability to work with global stakeholders across regions/time zones.
• Ability to apply AI and advanced analytics to automate analyses and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supply and demand analysis to identify risks and actions.
• Provide timely analysis for production-planning decisions and material expedites.
• Lead continuous improvement projects affecting planning, inventory, and readiness.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation and standardization.
• Develop monitoring for shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and forecasting tools.
• Apply AI and analytics to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision speed.
• Participate in requirements gathering and translate needs into technical deliverables.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline
