Boston Scientific in Dorado, PR, is seeking a Supplier QA - M3 to lead the supplier quality team and drive quality initiatives across manufacturing and supplier development. You will manage staffing, processes and compliance with regulatory requirements while guiding engineers and technicians.

You should have a Bachelor's in a technical field, 7+ years in medical device quality, and strong problem-solving, project management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Fully Bilingual
• Knowledge of QSRs and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Implements a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and coordinating HR processes.
• Fosters a diverse workplace and inclusive environment.
• Directs engineers and supervisors; may supervise non-exempt staff.
• Maintains vision and values in decision making and action.
• Builds strategic partnerships to achieve department objectives.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO and other regulations.
• Develops and manages the department budget and cost control.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provides manufacturing support to address supplier defects and quality issues.
• Escalates issues to Category teams for resolution and prioritization.
