Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in quality engineering and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus an annual bonus, along with comprehensive health coverage and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of fiber optic components and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel 25 to 40% to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Supplier Quality Assurance program across global suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards tracking quality and performance metrics.
