Job summary

You will allocate resources to meet milestones and partner across departments to align strategies and ensure high‑quality data delivery. The role requires 12+ years in statistical programming with SAS, plus strong leadership, collaboration, and an ability to drive process improvements

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Statistical programming and analysis.
• 12+ years of SAS Base programming with 7+ years in SAS STAT/GRAPH/MACRO.
• Extensive experience leading global regulatory submissions from sponsor side.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for global submissions.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment on submission timelines and data delivery.
• Oversee programming standards, processes and efficiency improvements.
• Provide leadership in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Manage resources and budgets to meet program goals.
