Job summary

Skydance is seeking an International SEO Manager to lead global SEO initiatives for streaming products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Localization, Marketing, and regional teams to optimize multi‑market content and regional discoverability.

You will own the international SEO roadmap, analyze performance, and drive scalable best practices across markets, languages, and platforms to boost visibility and traffic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with international focus.
• Strong understanding of hreflang, localization and multi‑market site architecture.
• Experience managing multi-language or multi-region websites.
• Ability to translate SEO findings into actionable business decisions.
• Hands‑on with analytics tools and localization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive international SEO strategy, performance, and roadmap for global markets.
• Serve as liaison for international stakeholders and align regional needs with global strategy.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Localization, Marketing and regional teams to improve localized search and AI Discovery experiences.
• Coordinate with Technical SEO, Content SEO, and Analytics leads to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Investigate international SEO issues, ranking trends, and regional content availability differences.
• Build business cases, forecasts, and prioritization frameworks for resources.
• Perform multi‑market keyword, topic, and SERP research to inform roadmaps.
• Monitor and communicate international SEO performance.
• Support localization and copy optimization across landing pages and metadata.
• Define scalable templates and best practices for international SEO across markets.
