Job summary

KFC Global is seeking a Senior Strategy Leader to partner with the CFO and Global Leadership Team to develop and operationalize the global strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will translate ambitions into clear priorities, investment needs, and compelling business cases across markets.

You will drive execution through defining objectives, milestones, and KPIs, and lead a global strategy team while building strong cross-functional relationships across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven track record shaping and executing growth strategies.
• Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and performance diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning processes and multi-year roadmaps across regions.
• Translate strategy into priorities, capabilities, and investment needs with business cases.
• Develop executive narratives for Yum leadership, the Board, and senior forums.
• Cascade strategy across the system ensuring alignment and ownership.
• Drive execution by defining objectives, milestones, owners, and KPIs.
• Lead the Global Strategy team and influence across a global matrix.
