GardaWorld Group is offering a paid internship in Strategic Analysis & International Operations in Arlington, VA. The role is a part-time internship for Spring 2027, with an anticipated commitment of 10-20 hours per week and a primarily remote work arrangement across international time zones.

The intern will work one-on-one with a senior business leader on a geographic portfolio or cross-business priority, delivering defined deliverables and receiving mentorship and feedback.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student in good academic standing for Spring 2027.
• Strong interest in international business, government services, security, geopolitics, risk, operations, data, or AI.
• Commit to 10-20 hours per week and manage assignments alongside coursework.
• Strong research, critical thinking, and written communication skills, with the ability to present concise U.S. English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the assigned business leader to research priority questions, prepare for meetings, capture actions, and follow through on agreed workstreams.
• Maintain concise trackers, briefing notes, decision logs, contact research, and other portfolio-management tools.
• Consolidate information from operations, risk, commercial, and other internal stakeholders into clear, usable outputs.
• Coordinate with in-country or functional colleagues to gather information and support defined projects.
