Job summary

Tory Burch in New Jersey seeks a Senior Project Manager, Store Design, to lead design from concept through opening for Full Price, Off-Price, and Travel Retail stores globally. You will coordinate with retail, VM, store ops, IT and international partners to balance design integrity, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in retail project management, a degree in architecture or interior design, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or interior design preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a project manager role for retail projects.
• Portfolio of design and field experience.
• Ability to develop concept sketches and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with international retail projects preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lay out floor plans and render storefront ideas conceptually for preliminary approval.
• Coordinate with international partners and cross-functional departments to align vision and business needs.
• Review timelines, manage budgets, and oversee site visits for design plan implementation.
• Coordinate with architects and millworkers to ensure design integrity, budget, and schedule.
• Lead by example, guiding PMs and coordinators to standard methods.
