Qualifications
15+ years in Site Reliability, Platform Engineering, with 5+ in senior leadership.
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure.
Proven success managing large, distributed engineering teams (100+).
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, monitoring, incident management.
Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Go).
Experience maintaining compliance frameworks (SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of reliability and platform engineers.
Define and execute a best-in-class SRE charter achieving 99.999% availability.
Manage and optimize large-scale, multi-cloud infrastructure.
Automate and measure reliability through performance metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to establish SLIs/SLOs.
Implement ongoing reliability training programs across teams.
Report key metrics to leadership highlighting progress and risks.
