Long Ridge Partners is seeking an Associate to join a Global Special Situations Fund in New York. You will work directly with the Senior PM, helping steer investments across geographies and credit cycles.

The role emphasizes rigorous research, due diligence, and the preparation of client-ready investment materials. You will contribute to a nimble, patient-capital strategy targeting distressed, stressed, opportunistic credit and private special situations.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of total work experience with investment banking, credit or private equity investing.
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics or mathematics.
• Experience in conducting research and due diligence, and producing client-ready investment materials.
• Strong quantitative aptitude with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Associate to work directly with the Senior PM overseeing the firm's Global Special Situations Fund.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis and seek to make non-operational control investments across geographies, including distressed credit, stressed credit, opportunistic credit and private oriented special situations.
• Operate as generalists across sectors to support investment decisions.
