Job summary

GC2IT supports Space Systems Command (SSC) in Los Angeles with a highly skilled Program Manager / International Cooperations Specialist. This role merges program management, international policy fluency, and space capability insight to strengthen U.S. space integration with allies.

The individual will lead coordination across SSC/IA and interagency partners, develop agreements, briefings, and KLEs, and provide weekly executive summaries on activities and developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, USSF, or international defense cooperation efforts.
• Strong understanding of international disclosure policy, classified programs, and space acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of international cooperative agreements for SSC PEO mission relevance.
• Develop analytical products aligning agreements with SSC space mission needs.
• Assist in drafting new international agreements and exceptions to NDP-1.
• Manage international staffing, CRM inputs, and tracking.
