Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Expert to lead complex procurement and sourcing programs in Puerto Rico. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making and process improvements across planning, sourcing and delivery.

You will work with SAP/Ariba and BI tools to optimize supplier relationships, contract governance and performance metrics, while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain planning, sourcing, making and delivering processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and support business decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, including supplier selection, onboarding, collaboration, management, and costing.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and provides recommendations to management.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document requirements and ensure user-friendly solutions.
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
• Analyze large datasets to reveal trends in market conditions, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Manage complex sourcing projects with stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
• Define, monitor and report performance metrics and drive improvements.
