Job summary

American Tack & Hardware in Wisconsin seeks an energetic supply chain professional to advance global sourcing strategies, optimize cost productivity, and strengthen supplier relationships. You will lead negotiations, develop supplier scorecards, and drive CAPA activities to improve quality, delivery, and total cost.

The role manages a team of four (including offshore) and partners with Sales, Demand Planning, and Finance to forecast demand, manage inventory, and support new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10 years in Supply Chain.
• Experience with NetSuite, Extensiv, or Anaplan is a plus.
• Lean/Six-Sigma certification and/or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver material cost productivity to the cost of goods sold.
• Optimize the supply chain from suppliers to customers focusing on lead time reduction.
• Develop and own supplier scorecards evaluating quality, pricing, and delivery.
