Job summary

Slalom is growing its Global Supply Chain Practice, delivering transformational solutions in planning, logistics, fulfillment, and procurement. This role focuses on developing procurement strategies, leading projects, and delivering value for globally located clients across industries.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in management consulting, strong procurement execution experience, and the ability to collaborate with client executives and internal teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; source to contract experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional resources.
• Proven relationship builder able to collaborate with client teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Driven to deliver high-quality work and consistent service.
• Experience with procurement packages and/or ERP solutions, and exposure to data/analytics and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice.
• Deliver projects for clients' supply chain organizations across industries and sectors.
• Work with senior client executives to develop strategies and shape procurement initiatives.
