Job summary

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Finance, Legal and Logistics Planning to align objectives, drive savings, and ensure governance across contracts. Hybrid work model with international exposure and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust procurement strategy based on internal needs, market trends, and technology.
• Manage sourcing packages (RFQ, quotes, awards) to build a competitive supply base.
• Negotiate terms including price, duration, and conditions; conduct rate analysis.
• Lead supplier KPI reviews and contract governance with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement savings opportunities and continuous improvement ideas.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and use SSE tools to drive value.
