Qualifications

• Project management coursework/experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, Power Query.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Sourcing Commodity Leaders in achieving sourcing objectives.
• Support weekly reporting metrics and performance dashboards.
• Assist in integrating global best practices and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with global operations teams to implement process improvements using Lean principles.
• Create, update, and maintain sourcing and procurement documentation.
• Conduct spend analysis, supplier research, and data collection to support sourcing initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams in cost reduction and supplier performance initiatives.
• Maintain sourcing databases and ensure data accuracy across procurement systems.
